What is a Senior Ambassador?
A Senior Ambassador is someone that is going to pimp out Every Moment Photography to all their friends and classmates. I’m looking for a few stand up and stand out Seniors for the upcoming school year….both academically AND socially! You are my walking, talking advertisement for all things Senior! Each year we will “name” our team, have get togethers on what is working best for each of us-and at the open house for your senior year whoever has the largest successful referrals will win a “top prize” valued at $150 (will change each year).
What do you get for being a Senior Ambassador?
1. One free mini-session for your rep cards and web photos. One free full session to occur before October of your senior year, unless otherwise agreed upon (Session will last no more than 2 hrs, unlimited wardrobe changes and multiple locations available)
2. One DVD containing a web version of all the usable photos from your shoot. You can post these to FaceBook. They will be stamped with our logo and it is expected to NOT be cropped out. These are NOT for print and it is a violation of Federal copyright law to do so (subject to a $10,000 fine per photo).
3. One 8×10 Photo, two 5×7 Photos and eight wallets from your session ordered upon your first referral.
4. A Proof Book containing the best photos from your session (up to 20 images).
5. 25-50 Senior Rep cards (business card size) with your picture on it – and our contact information. This is what you will pass out to you friends when they say “WOW, your photos are awesome – who did them?”. Each senior that comes in with one of your cards gets a $30 discount off a full-price session. Each card of yours that is brought in also gets YOU a discount on future purchases or CASH!
6. Every time somebody books and pays for a session, and they present your rep card, you will receive 2 additional accessory prints or $20! They receive $30 off a standard, full-priced senior session or $50 off any senior collection!
7. You can also refer “non-seniors” (Family, newborn, etc) for similar credits! They would receive 25% off their session or collection and you receive 1 free accessory print!
What’s The Catch?
Not much but there are a few easy rules you will have to follow.
- Hand out the Rep Cards. If someone asks about your images, toss ‘em a card. Under no circumstances are you to provide or discuss any pricing information as my rates and services are subject to change at any time.
(remember, every person that shows YOUR card, gets you free or discounted stuff!)
- Facebook Images: you may upload any and all images from your DVD ( I encourage it!) You must NOT crop out the logo and you MUST create a separate album for my images only.
-You must also use any of the images provided as your thumbnail for at least 3 months! You’ll have plenty to choose from and to change it up with!
- You will not have your picture taken with any other photographer for your Senior pictures. You are going into this deal to promote my business alone. If you already have a contract with another photographer, please do not fill out an app. We are a very small community and we’ll find out.
- You will need to sign a model release form so that if we choose to, we can use your images for advertising.
Parent Permission?
Yes Ma’am/Sir! Absolutely your parents need to know….they have a contract to sign 18 or not, you will need your parents permission to become a Senior Rep.

How do you pick Senior Reps?
There isn’t anything scientific about the process at all, so please don’t be disappointed if you’re not picked. There is a lot of money invested in a Senior Rep, so I try to find those that are going to give the company the most bang for the buck. It’s really nothing personal. HOWEVER, there are a few things that are must haves….
- You must be passing all classes, comfortably-
*in a nutshell, more As and Bs then Cs (I will accept 1 D)
- You must be in at least 1 extra curricular activity or sport. (2 would be better)
- You will need a recommendation letter from 1 of your teachers or coaches. This helps me gain an adult’s perspective on your level of responsibility, and if your personality will suite being both a sales person and spokes person.
- You will need at least 2 letters of recommendation from your peers. This helps me gage your peers reaction to you, and how well they relate to you-very important when you are trying to sell and pitch something (ME! J) to them and other’s your age.
- You will need to LIKE my business page AND find my personal page on Facebook.

How do you apply?
Please email Mandy at [email protected] with Senior Ambassador App in the heading and a simple "i'm interested" message would suffice!
Generally, within 48 hours, you will receive the application attachment. You will need to fill this out and email back to me with 1-2 images of yourself. Please don’t send me frowny faces, puckered kissy lips or anything ridiculous like that. I want to see your awesome smiles and expressions that will best depict who you are!
