How do I schedule a session with Every Moment Photography?
You can book a session a number of ways! 1) You are always welcome to swing by the studio, and book a session directly with me-it gives us a chance to do a quick consultation and get an idea of what you picture for your session.
2) You can call me me to set up your session. I will email you price lists and contracts to be signed.
3) You can email me at: [email protected]. I will send you price lists, contracts, and payment links/options.
3) SHORTLY you will be able to schedule online again for the month we are currently in.
All appointments require 50% paid at the time of scheduling your appointment. This is a non-refundable retainer.
What if I can't make it to my session?
We understand that life has a way of throwing us unexpected events and curve balls. All it takes is a phone call (preferred) or email ([email protected]) 3 hours before session time and we can easily reschedule. If you do not have 3 hours notice yourself-that is also understood-just please don't leave us hanging and waiting for you. I only ask the same courtesey I provide my customers, notice! You may reschedule your session two times, if a third reschedule is requested a new contract and retainer fee will be required.
How will I order my images?
Approximately 2 weeks after your session, we will meet for a viewing and ordering session. We will carefully go through your images and select your favorites and place your initial order. Once your initial order has been placed an online, password-protected online gallery for any non-local family or friends to place an order for any images they may like (with your permission). Your online gallery will stay open for 10 days. After 10 days, there will be a $15 fee to reopen the gallery for another 10 days. What should we wear to our session?
It varies from individual to individual. Your style is important in your session, because it is the way you visually define yourself. Generally solids that don't distract are helpful, and if in groups something that coordinates without being matchy matchy. Wardrobe is something we can discuss more in depth during your consultation when we discuss location and any theme or stylized plans we may come up with
